How do I book your services?

You can book our services by contacting us through our website contact form, email, or phone. A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total is required to confirm your booking. 

Do you deliver to my location?

It totally depends on which service!

For Marquee's Backdrops and set ups we cover Manchester and surronding areas up to 35 miles

 

 

What is included in the marquee hire?

Our marquee hire includes the marquee structure itself. Tables, chairs, and flooring are available as optional extras at additional cost. Delivery, setup, and collection are also included in our service.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date. During peak seasons or for large events, early booking is advised

What is your cancellation policy?

 

  • More than 14 days before the event: full refund minus the 10% deposit.
  • Between 7 and 14 days: 50% refund.
  • Less than 7 days but more than 48 hours: 25% refund.
  • Less than 48 hours: no refund.

Can I customize my grazing board or event décor?

Absolutely! We offer customization options to suit your dietary needs and event theme. Please inform us of any allergies, dietary restrictions, or special requests when booking.

What happens if my items are damaged or lost?

You are responsible for any damages or losses of hired items during the hire period. If items are returned damaged, you agree to cover the full cost of repair or replacement.

How do I pay?

We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit card,paypal and cash in certain circumstances. The deposit is payable at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due prior to the event.

Do you accept rushed orders with short notice?

Yes, we do accept orders with 7 days’ notice or less. However, such bookings are subject to a 25% surcharge on the total cost. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for these bookings.
